Web3 games where players actually own what they earn

Economy design that survives contact with players

Most Web3 games fail on economics, not technology. Rewards inflate, early players extract value, and the late arrivals leave. We design the economy before we design the shop: what enters the system, what leaves it, who benefits at each stage and what happens when the player count halves.

Every source and sink is instrumented, and AcuBi is used to watch the economy live — reward cost against engagement, asset velocity, concentration of holdings — so decisions are made on data rather than sentiment. We prefer game-first designs where the token or asset improves play, and we will tell you if a proposed model looks like it needs constant new entrants to keep working.

Who this is for

  • White-label
  • Web3

Game publishers and studios that want to add real ownership to an existing or new title without building wallet, marketplace and economy infrastructure themselves. Licensed gambling operators on AzenPlay who want crypto payments and tokenised loyalty inside a regulated environment.

Creators and communities on ItsMySpin who want their audiences to earn and hold something that is theirs. And brands that want a white-label Web3 game as a loyalty or engagement product, built and run by a team that operates its own platforms. If your main goal is raising money through a token sale, we are not the right partner and will say so on the first call.

Monetisation and compliance

  • Web3
  • Identity checks
  • Compliance

Web3 games can earn through primary asset sales, marketplace fees, premium content, subscriptions, sponsorship and — for licensed operators only — real-money play through AzenPlay. Each has regulatory consequences. Tokens with resale value can be treated as financial instruments in some jurisdictions; randomised asset drops can be treated as gambling; crypto payments bring anti-money-laundering obligations.

We do not hand-wave these. Identity checks, source-of-funds and responsible-play tools already exist in AzenPlay, and SmartSec's detection work runs on live payments traffic, so fraud and abuse patterns are watched rather than assumed away. We will not promise 'play-to-earn' returns to players, and we will not build mechanics designed to disguise gambling. See the Compliance page for how the regulated side works.

Preguntas frecuentes

Players hold assets or rewards that are provably theirs and can be moved or traded outside the game's control. If the chain adds nothing a player would notice, we would build the game without one.
Only through AzenPlay, for licensed operators, with the platform's identity, funds and responsible-gambling controls in place. Tokenised social games on ItsMySpin do not include gambling mechanics.
No. Wallet creation and key management can be handled behind social sign-in, and cashing out can be optional. The goal is ownership without a tutorial on gas fees.
By modelling it first, capping and sinking rewards, and watching it live in AcuBi. We change the numbers when the data says to, and we tell players when we do.
