Data residency and access
Telemetry is stored where you require it, encrypted in transit and at rest, with least-privilege access and an immutable event trail of who saw and changed what. Deployment on premises or in your cloud is a first-class option, not an exception.
Portability by design
Your data is exportable in open formats at any time, and the model that SmartTech builds over it is documented, so leaving is possible — which is the strongest reason to stay.
