Compliance engineering, stated exactly as it stands.

Infinetix builds and operates its own platforms, including an iGaming stack engineered for regulated markets. This page explains what the platforms provide, where licensing stands, how data is protected, and which certifications are held, pending or not claimed.

Boring where it counts

  • AzenPlay
  • AcuBi
  • ItsMySpin
  • SmartTech

Infinetix is a UK product company behind AzenPlay, AcuBi, ItsMySpin, SmartTech and SmartSec. One of our operating principles is that payments, compliance and data residency are not places to be inventive. Another is that we describe things as they are.

That is the spirit of this page. A certification is a document issued by a named body against a defined scope with an issue date and an expiry; a membership, a review profile or a partner badge is something else. We keep those categories separate.

Where a certification exists it is listed with issuer, scope and date. Where it is in progress it is marked as pending. Where we do not hold it, we say so, because a buyer's security review is better served by an honest gap than a decorative badge.

Built for regulated-market entry

AzenPlay was engineered from the start for markets with a regulator, not retrofitted for one.

  • Identity validation at registration, with KYC and AML checks and a queue that operations staff can see and manage.
  • Segregated player funds, so player balances are held apart from operating money.
  • A cashier that records every deposit and withdrawal with success rates visible on operational dashboards.
  • Bonus rules, wagering requirements and promotional mechanics configurable per market.
  • Localisation in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
  • An audit trail across back-office actions.

These are platform capabilities. The licence itself, and the obligations that attach to it, belong to the operator; Infinetix configures the platform to those obligations and signs off the settings with you before go-live, as described on Our Approach.

How to get the source record

  • AzenPlay
  • SmartSec

If your procurement or security review needs a document rather than a description, ask. Through the Contact page you can request the current certificate or attestation for any row of the status table, the scope statement behind it, our data-processing agreement template, the results summary of our latest penetration test, the AzenPlay responsible-gambling configuration guide, and the SmartSec audit scope.

Where something is pending, we will tell you the expected date and the named owner. Where something is not held, we will tell you that and, if it matters to your review, what compensating controls exist. A fixed-scope security audit from SmartSec is also available to operators who want an independent view of their own platform before a licence application.

Yes. The licence and its obligations belong to the operator. Infinetix provides the platform capabilities, documentation and configuration a regulator expects and signs off settings with you before go-live.
Deposit, loss and session limits, self-exclusion, segregated player funds, KYC and AML checks, and compliance analytics through AcuBi that alert your team to patterns worth reviewing.
Yes. Ask via the Contact page for the documents behind any row in the status table. We answer with sources, dates and named owners, and we say plainly where a gap exists.
