Company

From demo to live operation in weeks, not quarters.

Infinetix builds and runs its own platforms, so deploying one for you is configuration and integration rather than a build from scratch. Here is the sequence, what you receive at each step, and where the decisions sit.

Step 3 — Integrate, do not replace

  • AcuBi
  • SmartTech

We connect to what you already run. Payment providers, KYC vendors, data warehouses, identity systems, device fleets and existing dashboards stay in place; the platform plugs into them. AcuBi, for example, reads from Snowflake, S3, Databricks, dbt, GCP, Tableau and Power BI rather than asking you to move your data. SmartTech speaks MQTT and standard protocols so sensors are not swapped out.

Every integration is built with a rollback path before it is switched on. Environments are separated, credentials are scoped, and the change log is yours to inspect. What you get at the end of this step: working connections in a staging environment, an integration record, and a checklist of what will change for your users on go-live and what will not.

Step 4 — Configure, brand and check compliance

  • White-label
  • AzenPlay
  • AcuBi
  • Compliance

With connections in place, the platform is configured for your operation. For a white-label deployment that means your name, domain, colours and legal texts across every player- or user-facing surface.

For AzenPlay it also means market-specific settings: languages, responsible-gambling limits, KYC rules, segregated funds handling and bonus rules aligned to your licence conditions. For AcuBi it means your metric model, role-based dashboards and alert thresholds.

Compliance is treated as a gate, not a task. Nothing goes live until the settings that matter to a regulator have been reviewed and signed by a named person on both sides. The Compliance & Certifications page describes what the platforms provide and where the licence responsibility sits. You receive a configuration record and a signed go-live checklist.

The fit assessment says so in writing, and you keep it. We would rather lose a deployment than run one that does not work; our on-call team has to live with every launch.
No. Integration is the default. Payment rails, KYC providers, data warehouses, BI tools and device fleets stay where they are and the platform connects to them, with a rollback path on every connection.
