Cloudflare Wallets brings stablecoin balances to x402 micropayments

Cloudflare announced Cloudflare Wallets during its Agents Week and said the wallets give AI agents a stablecoin balance and a cloudflare.pay handle for payments. The payments run on x402, which repurposes the HTTP 402 Payment Required status code for machine-native micropayments.
