Dysphoria botnet compromises about 296,000 IoT devices

The Hacker News reported that nearly 296,000 IoT devices were compromised by a botnet called Dysphoria. Shadowserver said the botnet appears to be used for DDoS attacks and has added residential proxy functionality.
