GiG agrees initial terms to buy 80% of 888AFRICA

GiG Software agreed initial terms to acquire an 80% stake in 888AFRICA for €16.4 million. The deal would give GiG control of operations in Mozambique, Angola, and Tanzania, subject to approvals and final documentation.
