Italy activates weekly cash top-up limit for online gaming accounts

Italy brought into force a €100 weekly limit on cash top-ups for online gaming accounts made at authorised point-of-sale locations. The measure is part of a broader regulatory framework introduced through Legislative Decree 41/2024.
