Merkur moves to take control of French casino operator SFC

Merkur Spielbanken Beteiligungs GmbH, a subsidiary of Merkur AG, signed an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Société Française de Casinos. The transaction would expand Merkur’s presence in the French regulated gambling market.
