The platform is operated by Infinetix on shared infrastructure; your operation sits on it under your own name.
This differs from a custom build in two ways. It is faster, because nothing is being built from scratch. Within the platform's structure, you decide which game providers and titles are enabled, which payment methods appear in each market, how the welcome offer is shaped, which loyalty tiers exist and what they reward.
What you cannot do on turnkey is change the platform's underlying flows or add modules that do not exist. That is deliberate. It keeps the shared platform stable for every operator on it, which is what makes turnkey fast and dependable. Requests that fall outside configuration are handled as roadmap items or through a direct licence engagement.
