Root-cause detection, autonomous agents watching metrics between questions, an iGaming-native metric model covering NGR, GGR, bonus cost, player value, deposit and withdrawal success and affiliate ROI, role-based dashboards for CEO, marketing, finance and compliance, alerting, and compliance analytics for responsible gambling and AML. Connects to Snowflake, S3, Databricks, dbt, GCP, Tableau and Power BI.
Who it is for: leadership and functional teams in iGaming, and in healthcare, energy and utilities, and fintech.
Status: early stage, design-partner programme open; AzenPlay is the founding design partner. No customer revenue figures are claimed.
Deployment: managed service, staff augmentation or hybrid.
SmartTech
What it is: IoT and connected operations. Live telemetry from existing devices over MQTT and standard protocols, an edge decision loop, automated response, and a design in which device identity and data ownership sit with the operator. No rip-and-replace.
Who it is for: operators of physical estates — sites, fleets, plants, buildings — that cannot afford a blind spot.
Status: in build. Ingest and storage are live. The automation engine, a private pilot and general availability are on a public roadmap running 2026 to 2027. Partner intake is open for organisations that want to shape the pilot.
Deployment: partner pilot today; managed service, dedicated team and hybrid at general availability. Roadmap dates are published on the SmartTech page and revised in public if they move.
